How long does SHEIN take to deliver?
For UK customers, the average SHEIN delivery time can take between a week to 10 days. If you opt for the Express service, you can get your order within three to seven days.

Are there free returns at SHEIN?
You’ll get a free returns label in your parcel for Royal Mail so if you’ve got a few things you need to send back, it’s best to do that in one go rather than keep paying for returns yourself (£2.50 per return which is deducted from your refund).
What is the returns timescale at SHEIN?
SHEIN offer a free 60-day returns period, and this applies from the date of purchase. You’ll be provided with a free returns label or QR code, for Hermes or Royal Mail. To start the process, sign into your account and follow the instructions provided. You’ll need to drop off your item at a pickup point, and the refund will be processed within 10 days after receipt of your item.

Yes and no! The beauty of a student discount is that it’s usually constant whereas other promotions come and go. The student discount itself isn’t usually qualified by a minimum spend or a certain product category either.
