How far in advance can I book at Premier Inn?
If you like to be super organised, then you can book up to 12 months in advance. That’s the next year’s travel sorted then!
What is the Premier Inn cancellation policy?
The ability to cancel will depend on the the terms of your booking. If you booked using Flex Rate, you can cancel up to 1pm on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, if you booked using the Saver Rate cancellations are not allowed and you will be charged the full ammout of your stay.

Premier Inn are so confident you'll have a great night's sleep that if you don't, they'll give you your money back. If there’s a problem, just let the reception team know and they’ll be happy to put things right. Terms and conditions apply.
How long do I have to claim on the Good Night Guarantee?
Usually guests let Premier Inn know while they are staying at the hotel but this isn't always possible. You have up to seven days from check out to make a claim.
