  Can I use a gift card and a Joules promo code together?

  Yes! Joules discount codes are entered at the checkout during your online order and the details from your gift card are needed at the payment stage. If you have any problems using the Joules website in this way, contact the Customer Service team.

  Remember, you can't use a promotional code to get a discount on buying a gift card.

  Can I use Joules discount codes on the outlet or clearance?

  With discounts of up to 70%, Joules’ clearance and outlet stores are the best places to bag a great buy but unfortunately, you won’t be able to use a Joules voucher code to increase the discount.

  Does a Joules discount code work on kids' clothes?

  Absolutely! As standard, a Joules code should work on the kids' and baby clothing ranges, unless otherwise stated. Sale items in these categories, however, will not be eligible for a discount.

  Can I apply a Joules promotional code after I’ve ordered?

  Ah no! If you've just spotted a Joules code you could have used on your order, it’s too late to amend the order you’ve already made. To bag the saving anyway, consider re-ordering, applying the code and returning the order that has already been processed.

  How do I get free delivery at Joules?

  Free delivery is available if you go for click and collect and order by 4pm (your parcel should be ready from 4pm the next day) or if you want home delivery, orders over £49 are free on the standard delivery service, this takes two to three working days).

  Does Joules offer Click and Collect and how much does it cost?

  Absolutely, you can select Click and Collect as a delivery method at checkout, and this is free. If you order by 1pm, you’ll be able to pick up the order from your chosen store the next day. You’ll be notified by text or email when the order is ready too.

  For full priced items you have 28 days to return to Joules for a full refund. For sale items you have 14 days.

  When is the Joules sale?

  Joules run seasonal sales throughout the year, and these are clearly marked online and instore. Mailing list members will also be sent sales info. For reductions all year round, it’s worth checking out the website’s Clearance tab. Here you can search sale pieces across different product categories including the collections for men, women, kids, and home. Any additional Joules voucher codes will be shown here too for further clearance markdowns, so we’d recommend taking a look.

  Can I check my gift card balance online?

  Yes! You can check your Joules gift card balance online. Pop the gift card number and pin details into the Check Balance page, and you’ll be able to see how much you’ve got on there. If you’ve having any problems, you can also call the customer services team on 0345 250 7160.
